Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in Kapstadt und ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die direkte Umgebung ist recht laut, daher ist der Balkon, trotz 25. Etage und direktem Blick auf Signal Hill, Lions Head und Tafelberg, nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nutzbar. Es sind einige größere Baustellen in der Nähe. Das Sicherheitskonzept des Hauses, das nur mit Gesichtserkennung und Fingerabdruck für die Garage betreten werden kann, ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein PKW Stellplatz in der 5. Etage im selben Gebäude. Wir waren immer im benachbarten Café Mulino frühstücken. Dort gibt es tolle Omelettes und leckeren Kaffee.

The Appartment is excellent, brilliant kitchen equipment, fantastic shower, and a large enough living space. The bedroom is very quiet , and the location in terms of the city is very good. All amazing but the view from the balcony which is a very good size is absolutely stunning, I would even say priceless, especially if Table Mountain is part of your sole. Highly recommend this life changing space. Without doubt a true bargain, a great space to discover all aspects of Cape Town.
