LISTING PREPARATION AND REVIEW

In this stage you will:

  • Complete the owner listing form 
  • Our agent will conduct a property visit and inventory check
  • We’ll prepare your property, offering our interior design services to elevate your space. Please note: this is an additional service offered requiring a separate agreement. 
  • Our agent will prepare and coordinate the advertising copy and professional photos needed for your listing
  • Both the owner and agent will review the listing before it goes live on the relevant platforms such as; AirBnb, booking.com and our website. 
WELCOME LETTER

Receive your official Lykke Living wecome Letter along with the login details to your owner portal and relevant practicalities.
