About Lykke Living

Lykke Living is a female owned, half Norwegian and half South African, luxury property management consultancy for short-term airbnb rentals in Cape Town.

Lykke Living was born out of the very need we intend to solve for our property owner clients. That is, to be their trusted foot on the ground managing their property with their best interest in mind.

Our owner and founder, Ane Aubert, had invested in property in Cape Town in 2020. She was desperately looking for a company to manage her apartment while she was out of the country for long periods of time, often lengthened by the Covid-19 restrictions.

Her needs were unique. Ane wanted it rented out occasionally with the absolute freedom to use it when she wanted. After purchasing her apartment it needed a full interior design transformation which she was unable to successfully do remotely. Her search for a property management company who understood her needs and listened to what she wanted rendered moot. And it was out of this that Ane and Elmarie teamed up and Lykke Living came to be.

Today, Lykke Living centres on consistency, uncompromised quality, personal attention, mutual respect and absolute transparency in dealing with our clients.
