We have designed our 29th floor studio apartment personally for you, mixing Scandinavian and South African flavors, with high-end furnishing and finishes. The space features an open plan layout with a light and airy feel with plenty of space to relax and unwind. It has everything you need to feel at home – WIFI, Netflix, washer and dryer, a custom-built queen size bunk bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen and tableware. From the private balcony you can enjoy amazing views of the Table Mountain, harbour and city.
Safety is our priority and the building has 24/7 security and access control, secure covered parking and elevator/lift access to the apartment.
16 on Bree offers a recreation oasis on this bustling street, with its 27th floor communal pool deck, outdoor gym and exclusive rooftop bar, which hosts regular wine tastings!

This must be the best unit I’ve booked on Airbnb. Everything in the unit, from the bed sheeting to the furniture looks like it is the best that money can buy. The fittings are very modern with Smeg appliances throughout. The bedding is comfortable and clean. The bath soaps, creams and sprays are luxurious. Everything looks like it was hand picked by someone with a touch for decor and good taste. The location is also great. Very central and walking distance from Green Point stadium, V&A Waterfront, Long street, Bo-Kaap… you name it.
Elmarie hosted us and her communciation was great. Check in was effortless and check out a formality. Would definitely recommend!

The balcony has a magnificent view with direct views of Table Mountain. The safety standard is extremely high. Communication was always helpful and straightforward. We were kindly allowed a late check out when our flight was delayed. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend this accommodation.

Lykke Living Cape Town GuestA very stylish and chic stay in the city center if Cape Town. It’s a very well equipped studio in a serviced apartment building that hosts permanent residents and temporary guests.
The building is super safe and we enjoyed our stay very much, especially as there was a small outdoor gym on the 27th floor where we were able to workout.
And then of course the fantastic pool that is open for you to use as well.
I can totally recommend this place for a stay in the city!
