This studio apartment is owned by a Norwegian investor that appointed Lykke Living to manage the property on her behalf and transform it from an empty shell to a successful, short term luxury vacation rental destination.
At key handover, the brand new apartment was an empty space with lots of potential and a fantastic view of Table Mountain.
THE CLIENT BRIEF
The brief of the owner was to create a luxurious and unique vacation destination with a classy, yet comfortable feel for top-end international traveling guests. She had very specific ideas around colour preferences and unique custom-made furniture and finishes.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
We handled the entire interior design and managed all purchases, suppliers and contractors, installations and execution. A lot of attention went into adding finer touches with our flair whilst sticking close to the client brief within the required budget and timeline.
THE OUTCOME
The owner was happy with the quality of our service and professionalism. To this day her studio apartment is listed on the Lykke Living portfolio. We are handling all the property management services of this luxurious and sought-after vacation destination on an ongoing basis.
