The villa's outdoor spaces are a true highlight - relax by the pool, and socialize in the large entertainment area, featuring a gas BBQ, fire pit and jacuzzi. • No Load Shedding - Enjoy uninterrupted power, with solar-backed inverters.
• Daily Concierge and Housekeeping services are included Monday-Friday. This includes breakfast and light lunch/BBQ services on request. You must purchase ingredients, but the service is complimentary. For your convenience, our concierge and housekeeping services are available on weekends at an extra cost of R1000 per day.
• Parking - Space for 3-4 cars in the driveway.
• Child Safety Notice - Children must be supervised at all times. The pool is not fenced or covered, and there are steep steps at the property.
• Utilities Included - Your stay includes up to R4,000 in electricity and one gas bottle each for the BBQ, fire pit, and fireplace. Any excess usage will be charged.
• Guest Verification & Security Deposit – To ensure a safe and seamless experience, we partner with Truvi (formerly Superhog) for guest verification. Before arrival, guests must complete a quick verification and choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage. Matratzen waren hervorragend. Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Badezimmertüre im Penthaus geknarrt, Glas am Balkon schlecht verschraubt, Leider nur ein Sonnenschirm für 13 Personen.

We had a wonderful stay as a large family of 13. Willie, our help was always there to help and advise. We did feel however that the property was not suitable for 13, the small office should not really have been called a bedroom. There was no air-conditioning and nowhere to hang or place any clothes. Despite this and some very windy days/nights, we had a great time!
