• No Load Shedding - Enjoy uninterrupted power, with solar-backed inverters.
• Daily Concierge and Housekeeping services are included Monday-Friday. This includes breakfast and light lunch/BBQ services on request. You must purchase ingredients, but the service is complimentary. For your convenience, our concierge and housekeeping services are available on weekends at an extra cost of R1000 per day.
• Parking - Space for 3-4 cars in the driveway.
• Child Safety Notice - Children must be supervised at all times. The pool is not fenced or covered, and there are steep steps at the property.
• Utilities Included - Your stay includes up to R4,000 in electricity and one gas bottle each for the BBQ, fire pit, and fireplace. Any excess usage will be charged.
• Guest Verification & Security Deposit – To ensure a safe and seamless experience, we partner with Truvi (formerly Superhog) for guest verification. This house is phenomenal for anyone visiting Cape Town. It's centrally located, has an amazing view and easily accommodated our extended family of 12 people. The Lykke Living team and our host Graeme went above and beyond making sure we were well taken care of, always responding in a timely manner and helping us with extras whenever we asked. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Cape Town. The house itself was stunning and well maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. The butlers were incredible attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The seller service was seamless and thoughtful, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We were especially grateful for how accommodating they were with our late checkout, which made our departure so much smoother. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious, well supported stay in Cape Town.

Can highly recommend this gorgeous house. Perfect for a large group - we were 13 people (3 families) and it suited us perfectly. Very clean and well equipped with a wonderful view. Recently renovated, so everything was new and in excellent condition.
